An invoice will be generated for every order and emailed to the customer. The customer is responsible for reviewing the invoice for accuracy and is required to notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving it Customers should make sure the product, shipping service, address, and phone number information is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any corrections to the invoice, then it is deemed that the customer approves the order and agrees to our policies. If the customer does not receive an invoice within 24 hours, one may be requested by phone or email. Any subsequent costs incurred as a result of us not being contacted to correct invoice errors may be charged to the customer.
All shipping and delivery quotes are provided with approximate lead times. Though we utilize reputable freight companies, although extremely rare there may be brief transit delays or rare occurrences of misplaced merchandise. In the event that there is considerable damage to the packing materials, please be sure to inspect the product and note any defects on the freight bill. Damaged parts will be replaced when freight delivery receipt is properly noted. The customer agrees to follow the freight carrier’s freight claim protocol to facilitate the processing of the claim. Should labor be required to change a part, the customer will receive free in-home service. If physical product damage is not seen until opening the carton, the customer must contact the freight carrier immediately within 48 hours and request a concealed freight damage inspection. If a customer moves a product to a different location than the delivery address on the bill of lading prior to a concealed freight damage inspection, the freight company will not accept responsibility for the damage and the customer may forfeit their right to claim. If customer refuses delivery due to excessive freight damage, Healthy Prod Life shall have the right to re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to the customer using the same or a different carrier at our discretion.
On rare occasions a product will require adjustments upon receipt or during the initial months of ownership. In most cases the manufacturer will provide free in-home service to rectify any such service issues on all products that include the manufacturer's in-home labor warranty. If parts are required, he manufacturer will ship replacement parts to customer free of charge per the manufacturer’s warranty. If service related issues from the manufacturer are pending, the customer agrees to cooperate in scheduling the service. Such adjustments and service are not grounds for cancellation or return of a product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to research applicable duties and taxes of all items purchased in their respective countries. Canadian customers must pay their local Canadian duties to receive shipment and arrange final delivery to their destination If the order is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we regret that we will be unable to issue you a refund. If the package is returned and the products are in perfect condition, we will provide a refund less shipping and restocking fees. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card or bank wire.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement and the payment refunded less processing fees if any. Cancellation must be made by sending an email to info@healthyprodlife.com
Certified Remanufactured units that qualify for parts are covered for six months to one year depending upon the manufacturer. Labor periods will range three to six months depending on the item. Please inquire about specific warranty terms for remanufactured product. Any parts service after these periods will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated in the warranty. Extended warranties are refundable only on new products within 30 day trial period.
If customer is returning a new product that is eligible for a thirty day trial period the customer is responsible for shipping to and from the customers location, processing fees and a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in the original box and repackaged to the best of the customers ability. Only new products are eligible for return. Due to deep discounts, all demo sales are final. If the item has left the warehouse the customer is responsible for shipping to and from the customers location, processing fee and a 20% restocking fee. Cleaned and Serviced items along with Remanufactured items are final and not eligible for return.
All warranties for new product are contingent upon parts and/or products being available from the manufacturer. We anticipate that a large percentage of orders are sold to consumers for residential use. In these settings, most new products come with a one year labor warranty. Additionally, there are varying manufacturer part warranties up to Lifetime coverage as stated in each product's warranty documents. If a residential product is used in a commercial setting, it will be subjected to greater wear and tear and therefore void the manufacturer’s warranty. If any product or part is damaged due to a lack of or improper maintenance, such item(s) will not be covered under warranty. It is important to save your invoice for future reference, as this is your proof for warranty coverage. If part replacement is required, the stated manufacturer part warranty will provide parts and customer can simply install the part or they can call a local tech who can perform in home service at customer's expense if they are outside of the labor warranty. In the event a manufacturer goes out of business and cannot provide parts, Fitness Equipment Broker shall not be held responsible for said warranty.
We make every effort to confirm at the products we sell are readily available, but occasionally certain products may become back-ordered. If you do not receive your shipment within the approximate number of days quoted when ordering, please contact customer service for assistance with your order 619-753-3949
All deposits are refundable if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. After 48 hours deposits will not be refunded but may be used as a credit towards future purchases.
